This 1928 Franklin is a blast to drive! Way ahead of its time with its air cooled inline 6 cylinder motor. The Franklin was a very expensive vehicle when new and shows even today when it is driven. It drives much nicer than any other vehicles from the era that I have driven. This particular vehicle is an original 12-5 standard coupe and shows very well. It is an older restoration and does have a few small marks in the paint. The interior is all like new and is leather. It starts first time and runs and drives excellent. The back half of the car has been recreated in fiberglass. We can not find any signs of any major accident damage so the reason for this is unknown. All of the wood in the vehicle is in excellent condition including the frame. This is a very attractive looking vehicle that gets loads of attention.
