1981 Shelby Cobra Butler Built for sale in San Luis Obispo CA

We are pleased to offer this very rare Butler Built Cobra for sale. This is a longtime California car that we have known for over thirty years. The Butler built cars are known for high quality and great handling. Ron Butler was a chassis mechanic for Carroll Shelby and later became crew chief. When he built these cars, he designed them to have 50-50 weight distribution. This particular car drives very nicely and has great handling. This is car number 6 of 104 made. Power comes from a mild built Chevy 350 and is mated a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. The car has recently been gone through front to back and is ready to go. The body is very high quality and is made of fiberglass. This car presents itself very well and is a great driver. The paint has a few chips and marks that we\'ve have photographed.
